Who is responsible for your information?

Contact us at hello@wellfinity.co.uk. The quiz is delivered at link.wellfinity.co.uk in partnership with BusyLeo, which provides the embedded quiz and contact management service. The Wellfinity subdomain does not change who operates the quiz or how information is handled.

What we collect and where it comes from

We receive information you give us in the Growth MOT or by email, such as your name, work contact details, business details, answers, messages and preferences. The quiz uses your answers to calculate an indicative score and identify areas for discussion. We may also receive information about your interactions with our messages and the quiz from our service providers. If you allow optional site tracking, BusyLeo can receive page-view and form-activity information from this website. When you visit the site, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver and secure it, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs. We do not ask you to enter sensitive personal information in the quiz.

Why we use it

• Provide your Growth MOT results and respond to your enquiry: we use the details and answers you submit to calculate and send results and discuss your business. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to a request and developing business relationships, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
• Manage services and business records: if you become a client, we use relevant information to deliver services, administer our relationship and meet our contractual and legal obligations.
• Keep the website secure and functioning: we use necessary technical data for service delivery, security and troubleshooting under our legitimate interests.
• Optional quiz technology: we ask for your consent before loading the third-party quiz and any optional storage it may use on your device. You can withdraw that choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
• Optional site tracking: if you choose “Accept all cookies” or “Accept all & load the Growth MOT”, BusyLeo’s tracking script can record page visits and form activity, including before you identify yourself. We use this information to understand interest in our services and follow up on relevant enquiries where appropriate. We rely on your consent for this optional tracking and you can withdraw it in Cookie settings.
• Marketing: if we send separate promotional messages, we use consent where required by electronic marketing rules and provide an unsubscribe or opt-out in every message. Completing the quiz by itself is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Who receives information?

We share information where needed with BusyLeo as the quiz and customer relationship platform, website hosting and IT providers, and professional advisers where relevant. Google receives technical information, including your IP address, when your browser requests the fonts used on this site. A service provider may use further processors to deliver its service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. If you follow external links, their own privacy notices apply.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where a transfer is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, we require an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses, and any needed risk assessment. How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry and quiz records for as long as needed to provide your results, handle follow-up and maintain relevant business records, then delete or anonymise them in line with our retention process. Client information may be kept for the term of the relationship and longer where law, accounting obligations or a legal claim requires it. Security logs are kept only for the time needed for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us about a specific record at any time.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to processing or request portability.
